Using the Life Gua Number to Navigate Feng Shui - Spot On Feng Shui # 12 Have you heard about the “Life Gua Number”? This Number determines your favourable directions. Directions that help you tap into positive Qi much easier. And tapping into the good Qi is what Feng Shui ultimately is all about, right? According to this school, we have 4 favourable and 4 not so favourable directions, which we can use if we want to. I definitely recommend to just take care of the 4 favourable directions. This is how I practise it and really only use one of the other 4 non-favourable directions when I have a reason to do so. Every time we move into a new house sit, I always first determine our 4 favourable directions and see if we can adjust the bed and the workspace accordingly. This added a lot to the clarity in the last 4 years and avoided confusion on quite a few levels. If we couldn't adjust those directions I had to find other measures to calm and enhance the Qi to our benefit, but that is for another day. For now, I would like to make you more familiar with your Gua Number and your 4 favourable directions. Knowing this can help you to tap into the Qi and align your home to your goals and dreams. Do you believe “investing” in a more expensive home will bring you more ...

So many people think “investing” in a new and more expensive home will bring them more self-worth, but that might actually be the worst advise you can give yourself.

But I get it. Everyone gives you the feeling that everything will be fine if you only have more space and this shiny new home. So it is easy to believe.

And if that were true then everyone who recently bought a new home would be happy, cheery, totally confident in their skin, totally believing in themselves and their goals. And we all know that is not the case. In fact, if you keep holding onto this belief that this object will add to your self worth, that could actually make things worse. How many people do you know who have a great home, but still don't believe in themselves or their goals? How many people do you know who are happy and confident, know what they want, but do not own a home or not a big one at least?

But do you want to know how you can actually get the home you want, deserve and is bringing you joy and contentment? You can actually align your potential home with your goals and dreams, those that are waiting for you, those that are nourishing you and your self-worth, adding to your quality of life.

So, let me ask you. Do you really want to keep thinking buying any next new house will raise your self worth? Or do you want to find the home that really matches your personal goals and dreams?

But I get it. Everyone tells you that everything will be fine if you only give your children this & that, more space and this shiny new home. So it is easy to believe, right? If that were true then everyone who recently bought a new and bigger home would have happy, cheery and totally content children. And we all know that is not the case.
