Tonight we relax into our breath ... going into stillness ... going even deeper with our breath and going into our mindful place ... to celebrate our successes, to acknowledge the struggle, so we can build upon that in the new year even stronger ... Wherever we are in our life right now, this is where we are at. The question is, where do we want to be in a year, 3 years, 5 years time. So, ask yourself: where is your attention on? What do you want more in your life? Something new, something different? Is your attention on problems, on solutions. What is it you want to change? Let that flow. ... and then? ... enjoy the silence ... does that sound like something you would like to experience? ... want to know more about that? ... just listen to my voice and enjoy! In order to make a really good new start, we need to decide where we are now and how we came to the point where we are now. From this point of view, we can then take off into a better, improved new year. So let's declutter … this time not your place or house. We declutter our ... - Mind Write down the 5 things you think about most of the day. Write down the 5 things you would like to think about each day. - Body Write down the 5 things you do every week to nourish and care for your body. Write down the 5 things you would like to do each week to nourish and care for your body. - Free time Write down the 5 things you usually do in your free time. Write down the 5 things you would like to do more in your free time. - Business / Work If you have a business, where are you with your business? If you go to work on a regular basis, where are you with your work? Write down 30 achievements you have made in the last year. Write down 10 decisions you have made which turned out awesome. Write down 10 decisions you have made that turned out not workable and also write down what you have learned from it AND what you would make differently next time. Check on your expectations? Are they too high? Are they too low? What is feasible in the new year? What is the minimum requirement for the new year?
